Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid products or services sold by FormZera through formzera.com. If FormZera does not currently sell a paid product or service, this policy will apply when we do.

Digital products and services

• If something you paid for does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
• Services that have already been fully delivered can only be refunded if they were not delivered as agreed.
• Any special terms for a product or service will be shown before you pay.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the date of purchase, what you bought and why you are asking for a refund. We will reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund.
